  1. Matt Welch says:

I don’t usually leave a comment but today’s talk was just too good not to. This was an incredibly useful discussion. Keep up the good work!

  2. I agree with Matt, this was a really good interview. And it made me start to think about my own biasis and thoughts regarding what I beleive to be true (with no formal education) about nutrition.

I am currently reading an e-book call Carbnite; the basis is that you eat ultra-low carb for 6 1/2 days. At around 3 pm of the 7th day, you can eat anything you want as long as you include lots of carbs. This is suppposed to mitigate the negative effects of super low carb dieting.

I’m not sure if you are familiar with this but am really interested in your opinion.

  3. Teresa Noblett says:

It is refreshing to hear intelligent people discussing the business of diet in a frank and honest manner. No bullshit, no product-pushing – just well informed and very helpful. It is very hard for the average person to cut through the information out there and feel confident that they are on the right path. Thank you for this wonderful program.
