  1. On CJ: I was totally hoping you were going to mention the money issue and you did, YESS. Logic prevails once again! =) When eating 5000 calorie high carb and trying to stretch your dollar, of course, bananas and rice are the cheapest in fruit and grains, behind wheat I guess.

  2. Thanks for addressing my concerns about CJ’s diet. I agree that as a triathlete, his diet is going to be outside the norm. But I still think he should have a loaf of some nice artisan asiago cheese garlic bread like I had last Sunday 🙂

    Also, get regular hear checkups, CJ. Even though you are fine now, over the long haul many endurance athletes develop a-fib even with no heart disease present. A-fib really sucks, so just be aware.
