#1: Our 5 Principles

Ice Cream

This is the first episode of Evil Sugar Radio. In this episode, we’re going to tell you about our Top 5 Principles. These principles are all about having a healthy relationship with food to match your healthy body, losing fat and gaining muscle in the right way, and learning to live without seeking the approval of self-appointed diet gurus. In fact, our goal is to get you to the point that you won’t need to diet again.

    3. Break The Cultural Cycle of Dieting
    4. Manage Your Stress
    5. Move Towards Intuitive Eating

  1. Are you posting your podcasts to itunes ?

  2. OH YES OH YES OH YES PLEASE!!! Thanks so much you guys, cannot wait to make this my number one podcast!

  3. Kevin Myrick says:

Great job Antonio!! Glad to see you have a podcast now, I’ve been a long time HUK follower and can’t wait to see where you two take this!

  4. Freakin’ outstanding stuff guys, I’m definitely looking forward to future episodes.

  5. Amazing podcast guys, I love it!
The only problem is that I’ve listened to them all …

Do you guys have any other great podcasts that you recommend? I’m a 25 year old dude mainly interested in building muscle and leading a healthy lifestyle, but I’m also kind of a knowledge addict. The other one (that I’ve also listened to all of) that I dig is The Strength of Evidence Podcast. Any others along those lines, concerning either nutrition or exercise?

Can’t wait to hear your next episode!
    Definitely a fan.

    • Hey Shane,
I don’t listen to any fitness podcasts, but I’ve kind of been there, done that with immersion in that world. I’ll check out Strength of Evidence. Just looked it up and it sounds interesting. I listened to a few others while we were building this show to gauge what was being discussed and frankly, most of them are B-O-R-I-N-G!

  6. Maybe it’s just because I’ve got more of a salt/spicy tooth than a sweet one so it’s a bit of a disconnect for me, but damn you guys talk a lot about sweets/desserts! If I didn’t know better I’d think you guys were carb/calorie deprived! 😉

    • Haha…I think it’s more trying to show people that you absolutely can eat delicious sweet desserts while still being strong, healthy, and fit. Very few people get up in arms about salt (I have a salty tooth, too), but nearly everyone throws a shit fit about sugar, so we’ve been taking aim at that silly dogma. It has died down some in the following episodes though. Mainly just trying to get people not to be so scared of dessert or feel guilty about it.

  7. Love your podcast! I have a coworker that is constantly preaching the evils of sugar. Thank you for the sanity!
