#18: Vegetarian & Back Again

This is episode 18 of Evil Sugar Radio. In this episode, we cover a variety of topics. First, we have some news combining two of our favorite things: music and health. Next, we’ll talk about what to do if you have a high cholesterol number and the new cholesterol guidelines.

We have a smorgasbord of diet nonsense to discuss, from Jillian Michaels to people bragging about being unable to relate to people that don’t follow the same diet. We’ll tell you about a couple of diet hucksters, one of which is going to jail and the other that wants you to believe that cantaloupe, raisins, and cheese are toxic poisons.

Finally, we have more than a few words to say about Lululemon and their corporate culture.

As always, if you’re enjoying the show, please rate us in iTunes.
